CAI-NJ Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
Mediation is a non-adversarial approach in which a neutral party, the mediator, guides disputing parties through the resolution process to reach a mutually acceptable agreement. CAI-NJ is hosting the Mediation Training Program for a limited number of registrants to fill the critical need of providing affordable mediation services by persons who are experienced in community association matters.
CHAPTER ADR PROGRAM:
By successfully completing this Mediation Training Program you will be placed on the CAI-NJ list of mediators for the chapter’s ADR Program. Being on the list of qualified mediators allows you to be chosen to mediate community disputes through the CAI-NJ ADR Program. Each registrant will receive a certificate of completion which will also be kept on file at the office of CAI-NJ. Mediators will be compensated with a $200 stipend per mediation completed.
9:30am: Registration & Breakfast
10:00am to 4:00pm: Meditation Training
Lunch will be provided

Pre-registration is required. If you register for this program and cannot attend, please call the chapter office at (609) 588-0030 to cancel.
By registering for a CAI-NJ event, the registrant acknowledges that they are responsible to pay the full registration fee at the time of registration. Registrations will not be processed until all previous outstanding balances are paid in full. Cancellations must be made by January 12, 2023 for a full refund to be provided, swaps can be made at any time.
