Monitoring Your Community's Physical Conditions

This presentation instructs listeners on how to put together a comprehensive plan to monitor a community’s physical conditions – from high-rises to garden style homes and everything in between. We provide examples of common signs of structural deterioration to look out for and discuss the best steps to take after identifying such conditions. Throughout this presentation, we also discuss the limitations of reserve studies, describing the additional steps that need to be taken after having a reserve study prepared for a community, including periodic maintenance inspections and diligent remediation planning.

The Future of Reserve Studies

As the world continues to shift into the digital realm, it is only natural that reserve studies follow suit. Instead of the static, hard-copy reports Community Associations may be used to, new technology now allows reserve study providers to create interactive, easily accessible reserve funding plans that go above and beyond. This presentation will describe the benefits of using this new technology and provide instruction on navigating your interactive funding plan to get the most out of it.
