2021 Conference & Expo Attendee Registration

This is a FREE event for all homeowners and community association managers. Included in your registration is access to over 160 exhibitors, complementary breakfast and lunch, educational programs, raffles and multiple chances to win $1,000 during the show (must be present to win).

All attendees must fill out our legal COVID Waiver to attend the Conference & Expo. They will be available on-site should you have not filled it out already.

ATTENTION: PRE-REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED. ANY ADDITIONAL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE DONE ON-SITE.

Please Note: CAI-NJ’s first priority is the safety and welfare of our attendees, exhibitors, members and team. In order to enable in-person events to take place with a lower risk to participants, effective immediately proper face coverings are required at all times during the 2021 Annual Conference and Expo  and all other chapter indoor events, regardless of vaccination status. This also includes booth setup, Preconference Reception, and Conference & Expo. Masks must be properly worn by all attendees, always during these events. Face masks may only be removed when stationary while eating or drinking but must be replaced. Anyone who refuses to follow procedures will be asked to leave the event. Thank you for your cooperation.
